David Walker

David is a seasoned creative professional with a diverse background that uniquely positions him at the intersection of architecture, graphic design, and brand consultancy.

Initially inspired by the built environment, David studied architecture before transitioning to graphic design and visual communication. He began his career in New York City working within the competitive realms of fashion and luxury branding for many of the world’s most iconic fashion houses.

In 2001, David founded his own branding agency Rocket and Walker. The firm found success crafting compelling brand narratives through sophisticated design. The company evolved to focus on real estate and hospitality verticals in line with David’s passion for architecture. The company was renamed WRK Partners, pronounced “Work”, in 2017 to reflect its commitment to truly working alongside its clients. It has since expanded to a full-service branding and marketing firm with a national client base.

Today, David leads WRK Partners as the CEO and Creative Director. He currently resides in Asheville, North Carolina, where he enjoys exploring the outdoors and mastering board games with his son.
