Following the flaming demise of a wonderfully misspent youth, Asheville welcomed me as a shining beacon of second chances. A place that in spite of my past, offered me a fair shot at a new life. I’ve not been disappointed.
Formerly incarcerated felon turned proud mother, college graduate, and homeowner; boasting an auspicious future with the Non-Profit Hero’s of Mountain BizWorks. I am proud to call WNC home and work tirelessly to see that everyone on the fringes has access to capital and opportunity.
